Hotel Føroyar’s wine cellar has the land’s greatest selection of wines, each bottle pampered like a goddess. We currently serve 100 different varieties of red, white and sparkling wines imported from vineyard-rich countries both near and far, such as France,  the USA, Spain, Italy, Australia, and South Africa. Together with the best view and cuisine in the Faroe Islands, these fine wines will consummate a divine dining experience.

Hotel Føroyar’s wine cellar is among the large storage cellars in Scandinavia, capable of accommodating 6,000 bottles, and we are constantly acquiring additional vintages and wine varieties for our guests’ enjoyment. The most mature bottles in the cellar date back to the early 1930’s while some of our younger selections are already so celebrated that they have inspired poetry. Bollinger Champagne, James Bonds’ signature bubbly, is just one of the many wines we are proud to offer.
